We ship anywhere in the continental United States.  Items will be shipped within two business days unless we notify you otherwise.

You can shop with complete confidence at My Spectrum Herbs.  If for ANY reason you  are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days for a full refund.  NO questions asked!  It is our way of assuring you that you will enjoy our products.  We will do everything to make your business experience with our company the best it can be.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

You have up to 30 days to return most merchandise.  We do not accept the following items as returns:  international orders, custom blended orders, or materials that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients.  All essential oils ordered in four ounce or larger sizes require a call to our returns department for authorization (773) 583-4861).  Please note that due to their highly volatile nature and cost, essential oils, absolutes and hydrosols  are not covered under this policy.  They will have to be returned in one week, unopened in their original containers for full refund.  All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is a company error. 

When returning items you may exhange it for something else or ask for a refund to your credit card.
